Shipping: All domestic orders
are shipped 2-3 day priority mail for a flat rate of $5.50 anywhere in the U.S. International rates are $9.50 for Canada
and $12.00 for Europe. Shipping rates and delivery times vary outside the U.S..

If you want to pay by check, just complete the request below and I will email you an order form. Just print it, fill it out,
and mail it with your check to the address below. There will be a $25.00 fee for all retuned checks.

All Kids On Top
hats are handmade to order. As each order is received, it is made and shipped within 2 to 3 days depending on customer
volume. If there is a delay, the customer will be notified via email.
All fabric choices are subject to
availability. Some fabric choices may no longer be in stock. In this case I will offer a similar fabric choice for customer
approval via email. My goal is to provide a wide range of colorful and attractive fabric choices. I will strive to accommodate
the customer’s desires as much as possible if original fabric choice is not available.

On Top is to provide complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, I
will offer an exchange, or refund the full amount (excluding shipping charges). Returns or exchanges must be made within
30 days.
